The blue has a slight blue tint to it, and generally you can only tell when looking at one next to another. The blue tint seems to cut down on some glare. The other is like your stock mirrors.

blue tint is most expensive since it is treated to cut down on glare/refection of lights at night. I've noticed that it also helps out when the sun is directly behind you and in your mirrors.
Definitely worth the extra few bucks, IMHO

Go with the tint ( blue) you will be glad you did. Jmho.
