Greetings,

I got an IPAQ pocket PC. I found that it has a GPS option. I have used it in an car (Mercedes) and compared it to the factory unit. The IPAq is far superior. (map detail) It is also a MP3 player, digital photo and PDA.

Do you think that it has application on our wings? It is reallyquite inexpensive. I will attach a picture if someone will explain how to do it.

my brother just purchased the gps cradle for his ipaq. although fine for handheld, i cant see how it could be mounted on a bike.

as far as being inexpensive, he has the same money in his ipaq that i have in my garmin ique 3600. the ique has a ram mount that easily mounts it to a car or bike, i have both mounts.

i dont care for the extra bulk with the gps module plugged in, the ique 3600 couldnt be more compact and still have that huge color screen.

yes its fine, but like all conversions, i would rather have one thats made for the purpose i wanted to use it for, adapting always has its drawbacks.
