Need to ride bike in Alaska

I will be in Anchorage the last week in October and I want to ride a motorcycle while in Alaska. What are the chances of renting a bike:? and what about the weather. I did a search on the internet but could not find motorcycle rentals in Anchorage. any!help or guidance would be appreciated

I should have clearer in my post. There are rentals but they stop renting in Sept. I will not be there until the end of October

Some years its snowing by the end of October..... Maybe rent a skidoo. Seriously even in Juneau some years we have snow about Halloween time.
