After replacing front tire, BOTH rotors now rub on all four pads. They did not rub before I took the wheel off. I've read several posts here about this problem but have not had any improvement. Manual says .028 clearance between pads and rotors. I tried bouncing the front end, tapping the forks etc. Slight drag on rotors still exist. I wonder if I might be missing a step somewhere along the way. Your advice is appreciated.

Slight drag (minimal touching) is normal!

On the jack and spinning the wheel by hand, the "Sound" will be more pronounced. On the ground and at speed, you won't notice much of anything.
