The SO and I took a ride today for the first time on the new '07 and I noticed a clicking noise coming through the Intercom system. This only happens when her (rear) helmet is connected to the Intercom and the Intercom is turned on. If I unplug her helmet, the clicking stops. If both helmets are plugged in, and I turn off the Intercom, the clicking stops. This occurs with the satellite radio or regular AM/FM radio turned on. Any suggestions?

No cell phone:

Here are the symptoms:

1. Faint (but annoying) background "clicking" noise when Intercom is turned on and rear helmet is plugged in.

2. Occurs regardless of radio setting (FM/AM/AUX), even if MUTE is selected.

3. Only occurs when rear plug is used, if you unplug the rear headset, clicking goes away. Also, if you turn off the Intercom, clicking goes away, even with the rear headset plugged in.

4. I tried 2 headsets on rear plug and still get the clicking, this eliminates the possibility of a problem with the headset.

5. Clicking is present in the front and rear headsets.

Has anyone else tested this or experienced this problem. I wonder if this is a defect in the '07 sound system.
