Nevada LEO's crash some bikes last Thursday to learn more about telling you you are dead or if not that you were riding too fast and you would have been fine if you were on the darkside when your MT blew up at 95.

Did anyone in Nevada hear about this in time to go check it out? Would have been fun to check out. What's up with no photos in this article. Bummer! We wanna see the metal blood and flying plastic bits.

Didn't hear of any mention prior to their 'testing'. There was about a 1-minute blurb about the day's testing, after the fact, on the evening news. The video clip of their test showed them releasing a riderless bike at street-level off the back of a moving truck to see how the bike reacted (bounced) while crashing. The type of testing looked more like something an insurance company would do to determine the amount of damage that would occur to the bike in a crash.

An old Pilots saying......."Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing"

Assume that if you crash a bike however, you are "Gonna Die.":22yikes:

I am also a firm believer that you ain't gonna go till your day comes.
Therefore, if you crash and it ain't your day, it will just hurt like hell.

No amount of testing is going to change that.

crashs

It would have been better to have BO and cohorts to to be glued to the tracks for a squesh test. For that would be good riddance of bad rubbish.
