I have 12,000 miles on my first Kumho Ecsta Sport at 34psi. I don't ever see myself going back to a bike tire, I and preach the virtues of the CT to anybody who will legitimately listen.

So, here's my dumb question...

What markings do I need to look for to see if it is a run flat, or are all Ecsta Sports run flat?

Based on the pressure I'm running vs. feel and wear I'm pretty sure it's the run flat, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks!

Ecsta SPT XRP (Extended Runflat Performance)

Look for the XRP marking. Also, on the tire in very small print there will be a bunch of writing detailing the proper use of a run-flat. The model number is KU-31.

Edit: If your tire is a "Ecsta LE Sport KU39", it is not a run-flat.

Gracias!

It is, indeed, a run flat. Thanks for the quick reply...
