Yesterday was a washout here in Palm Beach!

A record 8" of rain kept the 'wing in the garage!!

They told us to expect rain, but even they, [the weather folks], were caught off guard!

Puleeeze don't flame me for posting this information.......

Jonar, why would anyone flame you over 8" of rain in Palm Beach, FL? Seen it rain over 24" in less than 24 hours down there. In fact, I remember riding my GL1000 from my folks house in Delray Beach back to Homestead in that rain. I was going down I-95 and afraid the bike would wash out with the water on the road and the high wind that went with the rain. Found out I had a leaking spark plug cap and that cylinder kept cutting out. Had an old Waxed Cotton rain suit and when I finally got to my quarters at the air base, by face, hands and feet were wet, but the rest of me was dry.

So what you did was bring back a memory of one of the hairiest rides I've ever had. Thanks for the memory!
