Last time I bled my brakes, I let some of the brake fluid from the lid of the master cylinder get on the black paint. What paint can I use to touch up the master cylinder?
Good luck. I think when I was younger I remember trying to paint a m/c with little to know luck. Honda uses a paint, that for the most part, is very resistant to brake fluid. I think anything you get in a rattle can will have little to no resistance to brake fluid, and when brake fluid gets on it, it will look bad quickly. New m/c's do not cost that much.
I really don't think it's paint at all, but powder coated. Wish you all the best in getting it repainted, and please let us know what you find that works.
