[Cabernet Red 06]

My buddy has a friend who is a great artist with a brush, but she has never painted on a vehicle...he wants to get her to do something on his bike, but they are not sure what paint to use....is there a particular kind of paint she should use to do some sort of design on his Valkyrie ?....thanks in advance....

i know some pinstripe artists and they use acrylic paint. You need special brushes too, with very long bristles. I'm not sure what the bristles are made of, not doubt someone else will chime in soon.

Just remember that doing that could really kill the resale with your bike. It will be hard to find a buyer who will like the artwork as much as you do when trying to sell it.

it might be safer to have the artist tattoo your friend first just to see how her artistic abilities translate to a different media. just sayin.....

It's what I used to paint the Mickey's on my wing. Thin it down a bit so the brush strokes melt as it dries.
