Got my new GW today after waiting 3 months. I hated to see my Blue 2001 go. She had 117,000 wonderful miles, but, it was time for a new GW. I rode 50 miles to home in 90 degree heat after I picked up the bike. I can tell the bike sits higher and the transmission does shift better. The radio works just fine and the intercom will be tryed out tomorrow. The SO and I are going to take her out and do a couple hundred miles tomorrow. More later.

Nice one I'm pleased for you enjoy:) One thing can you tell me if the inttercom leads/sockets are still 7 pin and have not reverted back to 5 or even 6 pin?

Cheers

You are going to love the stereo. So much better than the 01.

Buy a cheap USB memory stick (4Gig for $7 or 8Gig for $15)

Load music on it from your PC. ( With or without directories)

Plug it into trunk connector. Enjoy

You'll love it.

Don,
I have a 2012 too. The USB memory stick is great. Have you used a helmet headset with the radio. I have a J&M headset in my helmet and the USB memory stick is plenty loud, but when I change to the radio, I have to turn the radio wide open just to hear it. Wondered if you had experienced this?

Boppo

Did they delay delivery from mid July to mid August on you?

I'd be very unhappy, as I am sure you are.
Don,
The dealer said Honda screwed up his ship dates for July so the next ship date will be sometime in August.
