This is the exercise routine queenie and i do before we go for a ride each and every time.
( We have the neighbors here in the trailer court join in as well to benefit,,the more the merrier ),,,,:)
never need to worry about hands,feet going numb,,, sore neck,,,hitch in the giddy up syndrome,,doing the ccw thang,,,monkey butt,,,and even eliviates worrying about excessive wind buffeting,,,,, after utilizing this regimen on a daily basis.
