I wouldn't think so, but if you have a bent fork, take if off and either get it fixed, or replace it. That, or bend the left one to match.

Bent fork could make it behave strange in plenty of ways.

Have you done the "loosen everything" then "tighten everything" (or at least the loosen the pinch bolt and bounce) tricks?

To check for a bent fork reliably, you'll have to take the fork off and check for run out.
