anyone found a replacement spring for this besides buying the entire houseing for $250 bucks?

There is a replacement, I just don't remember where it was posted.

me and a friend have made our own, work great, if you want one let me know $5 each. you have to install yourself.

i bought the whole assembly$$$$$$$------- and it was a lot of fun installing the whole thing! NOT! but now my cb switches and everything else in that cluster should be good for many years now. i hate working on things-- i just like to ride.
