Any tricks?
Tire tools,
leave tire in hot sun,
put on from the back so scratches don't show
soap & water around the bead

Any thing else?

The 6-ply tires can be a bit challenging but can be done with a set of tire spoons. Also the use of rim protectors prevent marring the rim. Don’t expect it to be as easy as a bicycle tire.

Aluminum rim, use an actual tire mounting lube to prevent corrosion. Rim protectors, and be prepared to feel like you're going to bend the rim edge getting the first part of the tire up and off. Not much room to work with.

Watch this video by Dunlop / Motion Pro His technique is surprisingly easy to mount up tires with tubes (works great for tires without tubes too). The effort is way less than how I used to do them.
