I bought a small netbook (HP mini) recently from Best Buy. I have MS Streets and Maps 2009 and wanted to put it on a thumb drive to utilize the program in the netbook (or any other computer) to print maps out while away from home. I don't have a GPS.

I need help. I can't get a prompt to save the target to the thumb drive; it tries to reinstall the program on my computer.

Any advice is appreciated.

Dan

PS - I could load the program on the hard drive but wanted to avoid that if there is another way.

Just close up the install program.

Open My Computer.

Right click on the icon for the CD.

Click Explore.

Copy everything

Paste to the Flash Drive.

Put Flash Drive in Netbook.

Open My Computer.

Click on the Flash Drive.

Choose the install program.
