Is there a Windows or Android based tablet that will let me run Garmin's Mapsourse?

HP Slate runs Windows, so it'd run MapSource.
IIView runs Windows, so it'd run MapSource.
Acer Iconia W500 runs Windows, so it'd run MapSource.

The only MapSource app for Android is Backcountry Navigator. You add your topo maps to the device so that the can use them while offline.
