I put on the 3/4" one and the tire touches the ground and in not moveable. I took it off and put the factory back on because it is more important for me to move the wheel. It is just a bit more difficult to put on stand but manageable if you do it correctly.
I have installed the lowering bracket last year and kept the original center stand.
I raise the suspension to max and back-up on a piece of 2 X 8 .
It will stay on the side stand but will be leaning more .
Than I pull it up on the center stand very easily.
I do not recommand this if you are not on ciment or asphalt, the weight on the side stand will be to much and chances are that it will fals over .
i have been doing this almost once a week to clean the bike or work on it .
