Has anyone used the Diamond-Star Headlight Modulator by Signal Dynamics? It seems to be the lowest priced unit out there... on their web site it is priced at $69.95 plus the two bulb cable assembly at $2.95.

If you have used it, any good or bad experiences?
Did it seem to affect (shorten) the life of your bulbs?
Does it seem to be a real attention getter when crusin' down the highway?
I have not been able to find it on any of the dealer sites. I looked diligently on Hal's site & could not find it... strange; he has the cable assembly listed but not the modulator itself. (Wanted to take advantage of the sale!)
I have the brake light spoiler LED modulator (Back-Off-XP) by Signal Dynamics and it works great (got it from Hal)... get a lot of compliments about it and how it draws attention to the fact that brakes are applied. Very satisfied with this product.
I surely would appreciate any comments you have about this specific modulator.
