When listening to certain am stations I noticed the sound is distorted. The volume is at normal listening level not turned up. When I switch to fm there is no distortion everything is normal. Kind of sounds like the radio is overloaded with signal on AM. I do not live near any radio stations nearest one 15 miles away; has anyone else had this problem?
What year ... if you do a search, I think others have complained about that too. As I recall, the FM signal is a longer wave and travels farther. Send a PM to LarryM. He is this boards repair service for GoldWing audio problems and he can advise best.
2006. I have an extended warranty I am wondering if the whole head end unit in the shelter should be repaired or replaced.
