I recently purchased the Progressive rear spring and tool. If any one has done this and could give me some hints, cautions, advise etc, it will be appreciated.

Do any of you know where this procedure might be posted. I have a copy of Wing World July 2002 where Stu Oltman reviews it, but could use some more info.

spring

Mine was replaced at honda hoot, he loosened the right hand side saddleb ag, used a special tool they had made special for this job, appeared to be a wrench extension to get at the bolt that attaches the shock to the bike.
They replaced mine front and rear in under 2 hours i'm thinking, altho they charged me much more labor than that. JD :biker:

JD, Do you feel that it was a good move, having both springs replaced?
What did you gain as far as control and ride? Would you do it again?
Thank you, 5ross
