When I used the reverse on my non-DCT 2018 sometimes it didn't engage. As time went by it has happened more often. Now it happens every time, the reverse motor make a noise, it has a sound of sprockets grinding.
What should I do?

Contact your nearest dealer for warranty repair.

The cable needs to be adjusted. If you are unable or don't know how to do it, take it to the dealer. I would not continue to use reverse until you get it adjusted or you are going to do expensive damage. Warranty issue.
