If you want some GOOD eating you need to try this place. Also a great ride getting there at hwys 70 & 33 at Kyles Ford Tn. Mtn man plate 3 of ea eggs meats pan cakes plus biscuit & gravey drank about $6.50 inc tax. Choice of meats bacon sag country ham and pork tenderloin.

70 is really a great ride. I was in that area yesterday, but came down through Mulberry Gap instead of 70. My first time through KY on 987 from Pineville to 421. It was great. They are resufacing some of it, which will make it even better. BTW, if anyone gets the idea to take KY904 to bypass some of KY92 between Williamsburg and Pineville, - don't! It turns into a very bad gravel strip-mine road.

Might be a good place for a local lunch run. I am sure they would like the business and there is some great fall ridding in that area.It is only about 70 miles from Knoxville.

This cycle's classes end September 17th (and I head from work to Wingstock). Next cycle starts October 25th. Other than a High School reunion Oct 16th, I should be able to go most anytime (given a day or two notice to the boss).

 

That's one of my favorite routes/rides. And the food looks awesome.

I gotta make a trip to TYS soon. I'm getting hungry!

I think I could screw up eating Captain Crunch out of a box. I spent two hours getting up there and missed breakfast by 30 minutes.
