Well, off I went. I hit the road at 5am this morning 9/18 on a northern route to CA from VA. I rode through the rain for 2 hours in Ohio and had enough. The Wing is doing great. Especailly with the cross winds that I have encountered. I might have to turn to the south a little with the cold front coming through. I hear its snowing in CO.

Colorado was cool but beautiful today. It did snow some over 8000 feet last weekend but the next couple of days should be wonderful. 70's in the foothills, 50-60's in the mountains.

Watch out for I-70 through the Eisenhower tunnels, as much as a 2 hour wait durring the busy times because of resurfacing in the tunnels. Also some delay at the de Beuque (spelling?)canyon near Grand Junction due to a massive rock slide last weekend. Other than that the next couple of days, no worries. Wish I was riding and not working.
