1.Your 53-57'' wide
2.Don't put your feet down
3.You don't need to lean

I went on a ride on the Valkyrie yesterday and almost forgot Rules 1 2 3 do not apply, got to the first stop sign and almost fell over ,whoops .
But what fun to go fast and lean in that turn I just love the Valkyrie
what a well built bike if you have never ridden one you should try it sometime .The Valkyrie holds in a conner like glue.
I have had more people wanting to buy the Valkyrie now than when I had it for sale .A guy rang the door bell the other night we didn't know him
he was interested in buying the Valkyrie .I told him it is not for sale now.
I want to keep it to have a two wheel bike .Every one have a good weekend

Yeah, the trike is the OUR bike.....the Harley is the ME bike....
I like the 2 wheels a lot, Susan likes the trike and feels safer on the trike....
Both have their place with me.
I go to two bike nights...ride the trike to one and the Bandit to the other. It depends on the crowd....
I had a Valkyrie Interstate. My son has a Valkyrie Tourer. They are wicked machines.
I still have my '98 1100 Shadow ACE Tourer. Since triking three yeras ago, I have put about 1000 miles on the Tourer. Only about 25 miles in the last two years. I really enjoy riding the trike more and don't have much use for a two wheeler any more. It's about time to put her on the auction block.

Hi Blade,

When Dean started sharing the trike with me, my share became less and less.

Now, I ride the Royal Star "A LOT". Because there is such a large difference in the seating positions between the Trike and the Royal Star, I don't have any issues about riding either one (even back to back). It seems to come natural to me.

See you in Kerrville....!!!!

 :doorag:
I love riding my trike, but will probably get another motorcycle after the rod comes out of my leg in 3 years. I'll ride the bike around town and ride the trike on road trips. The best of both worlds!

I am the same way that is why we didn't sell the Valkyrie ,I like having my
bike to go riding on some days with the guys ,I have a group of friends that ride all 2 wheels some Harley's some Honda's some SS choppers
he rides tail gunner or leads the ride he is a Nice guy, pretty bike just not for me !!all in all a nice group of guy's. Lets see there is 1 goldwing 1 Valkyrie 2 Harley's ,1 S&S chopper ,we are just good friends .I think it is to each there there own ,so enjoy that Harley I know I did mine .:agree:
I also had a Valkrie but its a heavy bike and since I'm getting a little older... still like two wheels though. I go into the lean position on my trike all the time. In a left turn you lean left than stiffen your right arm on the handlebar and it just makes you feel more secure in the saddle. Been a cold winter so far but I have had 6 rides. Just barely holding the cabin fever in check.
