I was reminded of a few old rules recently...
Rule # 1 : The boss is never wrong !
Rule # 2 : If the BOSS is ever wrong, refer to rule # 1.

Do you know of or have any rules that you would like to share ?

Yes you can! Just feed that horse a bunch of salt.

Just like, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." Sure you can - old dogs respond to pain the same way a young dog does.

One of my favorites - WIIFM (pronounced "Whifim"). What's In It For Me! Kind of the way the world is today.

Damn, I've done that twice. Guess I'm real unhappy and only have a quarter of my stuff. :lol:

The older you get, the cleaner your act has to be (if you want to feel good). Minimal alcohol, minimal coffee, lots of water. You have to watch your diet and your weight. YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE! If you are in your 40's, a work out every three days is just enough. If you are in your 50s, a work out every other day is necessary. If you are in your 60s, you damn well better be exercising EVERY day (if you want to feel good).

These rules come from over 21 years in the health care field AND just experience. Use it or lose it is a fact.

I hate rules, especially these. However, when I go by these rules I feel good, when I don't, I don't. If you don't take the time to exercise, you will have to take the time to be sick.
