My 2008 Wing used to purr. Now the engine rumbles. Sound seems to come from the right side while riding. Dropped it on the left side last year. Broke the left mirror, but otherwise the bike is fine. Could it be an exhaust pipe?

Check the Chrome Nuts, on the Exhaust Header pipes... verify that they are "Snug".


They often loosen, causing a noise.
