Lots of good tips that work!!!!! I've done both the cruise control lag fix and the saddle bag fix. Awesome!

BTW, one fix I came up with for keeping the front wheel from splashing road grime up on the tupperware: I epoxied a nicely cut mouse pad to the inside of the front fender with about 5" of it extending down to form a fender extension that is soft enough to never stress the plastic fender, yet rigid enough to do the job- and hardly noticable.

This post needs to stay at the top and remain there. Folks could add to it as need be and it would save a lot of questions being asked over and over (not that there is anything wrong with that)

It would be a very handy reference....

Can this be done???????????
