OK, so I am finally installing a Bushtec Hitch on my 03. After replacing the lower 12 mm "Lower Saddlebag sub-frame bolt" (near the rear crash bars) with the supplied 13 mm bolt, the instructions say to torque that bolt to the service manuals specifications. Well needless to say I cannot find torque values for a Lower Saddlebag sub-frame bolt. I see a torque value of 20 foot pounds for a bolt called the "saddlebag stay bolt", is this by chance the same bolt's proper name? I think it is but just want to make sure since it is a steel bolt going into aluminum threads.

Nevermind I found a diagram and that is the correct bolt.
