Any idea who makes these seats or are these one off customs?

Both those seats were custom built - the first in Turkey and the second for American Honda.

I agree with the award for ‘Ugliest Goldwing seat ever made.’ This is not a Ferrari motorcycle!
Go re-do it in black and you will have a winner!
