purchased a 2018 gw tour dct.want a oem service manual,any suggestions? also may want to install a trailer hitch with receiver for the ability to insert a luggage carrier i had made for my valkyries,i donot ever plan to pull a trailer and the only available hitches i have found, have a welded ball for a trailer,any suggestions?parking brake is not holding and service manual will hopefully tell how to adjust plus i want to do my own maintenace as i did on my valkyries i traded,thanks

Parking brake has 2 adjustments. (one for cable length setting and one for caliper squeeze setting)

Pull handle one click.
Measure length (at caliper) between brake arm and cable stay (edge of stay to centre of pin in arm)
Length should be 42.0 to 44.0 mm (1.65 to 1.73")
If adjustment needed, remove lhs engine cover and find adjuster in cable.

Once the length is correctly set, the caliper can be adjusted.
With the handle pulled til ONE click,
Correct setting is slight drag when the wheel is turned by hand.
With brake unlocked, should be free.
If necessary loosen locknut at caliper and adjust bolt to get correct drag.

This setting should result in parking brake locking when the brake handle is pulled in the 3 to 5 click range.

There are other hitches available, but this one is my preference due to a wide enough opening to remove the rear tire without needing a lift or performing the "beached whale" method of wheel removal and the receiver not being angled limiting what rack can be used with it.

He had the wrong filter turned on. All Service Manuals come from Helm. Honda contracts with Helm to distribute them. Wingstuff gets theirs from Helm too.

I got mine from Helm. It is the 2018 - 19 manual.
I figured it was faster getting it directly from them than from a dealer.
