Lately my left shin has developed what feels like shin splints, but I only feel it when I'm on the bike. This feels just like the shin splints I used to get from jogging. When it starts hurting I stretch my leg out and rest it on the road peg for awhile and it goes away, but returns after putting my leg down.

Has anyone else experienced this? What, if anything can be done to eliminate it?
