We have an old Escapade trailer (1992). I rebuilt the shocks last year. Now one of them is leaking oil. One inspection I found the inside of the shock is very scrached up (not usable). California side car wants $352 each for new shocks. Does anyone have an idea of an alternate shock that would work on this trailer.
CSC has a shock that is not air but it is $185 each.I plan on going to Wing Ding tomorrow. Maybe I can find a better answer there.

Call Progressive and get a RMA number to send your shock in for a rebuilt one from them. About $175 if I remember right.

Just for info, I had SW shocks on my 92 Bushtec which Progressive bought. I sent them to Progressive to be rebuilt. They returned them to me saying they no longer had parts for them. I went with a new set from Bushtec for about $160.00 for both.
