Guess I'm in the minority but I still like the XM though it may get to the price I don't want to pay anymore.

I guess the folks that purchased an '09 looking for the benefit of the integrated XM might be disappointed later this year. Sirius XM has been listed as one of 15 companies more likely to throw in the towel this year. They need a Billion dollars to service debt, and even though Echo Star has been buying up the debt in a take over attempt it's also doubtful that Federal Regulators will allow it. Alternative is Bankruptsy if another taker can't be found in time. I may have to rethink my subscriptions to Sirius.

Bankruptcy may not be a bad thing IF they have a viable business plan.

They may need to find a way to reduce the payments to musicians, drop Howard Stern, etc.

I have a hard time imagining that someone will not take over the satellites and the customers. It may cost more though.
