Dead smart key
What a pain in the @#$. While I like the new Goldwing. This, less luggage space, and the 112 mph limit is making me like it a LOT LESS!!
Why not let the key hole in the back just over ride everything. Insert the key from the fob, turn the switch and the bike starts. Opening both saddlebags and then having to enter a bunch of numbers is silly. If you have the key then you are probably the owner.
Keeping a spare battery for the smart key, makes a lot more sense. Unless you have to go thru the whole initialization process again.
