The wife & I are coming...I just emailed Connie at the hotel...I hope there are rooms left. There's one hitch....my job ends March first :wrong: & if I get a new job I hope they will let me off for the ride!

Smoky Mountain Ride In - Microtel Update - HURRY!
I spoke to Connie this afternoon and she sent me the following email so those of you who want to go ahead and make reservations (and cancel your reservations at Sleep Inn), she's now ready for you. Be sure to mention "Smoky Mountain Ride In" in your message.

If the people who would like reservations for the above June dates would email me at [email protected] I will make reservations and email them a confirmation. If they do not wish to give me a credit card number in the email, give me a phone number and name and I will call them and obtain the proper information.
We look forward to having the group stay with us. Any questions etc. please direct to me by email.

Quick Update - 2/4/09: If you send Connie an email after 6am Friday morning, she will not process the reservation or call you back until Monday evening or Tuesday morning. She will be out of town this weekend. That is ONLY this weekend, 2/7 & 2/8.

Wow...I emailed Connie 3 hours ago & she just called to confirm our reservation! What great service!! She even said since we only need the one bed & all she had was the double Queen beds she would split the difference! Good call Bartman!!!:bow:
