Smoky Mountain Ride In - Microtel Update - HURRY!
I spoke to Connie this afternoon and she sent me the following email so those of you who want to go ahead and make reservations (and cancel your reservations at Sleep Inn), she's now ready for you. Be sure to mention "Smoky Mountain Ride In" in your message.

If the people who would like reservations for the above June dates would email me at [email protected] I will make reservations and email them a confirmation. If they do not wish to give me a credit card number in the email, give me a phone number and name and I will call them and obtain the proper information.
We look forward to having the group stay with us. Any questions etc. please direct to me by email.

Quick Update - 2/4/09: If you send Connie an email after 6am Friday morning, she will not process the reservation or call you back until Monday evening or Tuesday morning. She will be out of town this weekend. That is ONLY this weekend, 2/7 & 2/8.

Update - Shirts, BBQ, and Micotel
Shirts
I just returned from Bryson City. I had a chance to stop by to talk to James at Smoky Mountain Graphics about the shirts. we agreed on the art work and he is working on the prices on all shirts. starting at $10.00 for T-Shirts. he also will let us no how to order soon.
BBQ
Also stopped by the River Rock Restaurant to talk to melissa about the BBQ . she is getting everything arranged for us for that Saturday night.
she also added more Items to the menu. it is still a Buffet the price is
$12.00 Per Person. Saturday night June 20 at 6:00 pm.
we need to get as many people as we can.

Stopped by the micotel hotel to meet connie what a nice lady to talk to.
she has a lot of good Ideas for us. she is going to put together a Discount packet for every one with Discounts from area Restaurants and Attractions that she will pass out at the welcoming party on Wednesday night June 17 at the Hotel.
