I was wondering what is the mileage one usually gets out of a set of brakes for the trailer? I have a friend who has had to replace them and rotors at 2200 miles. Buknkhouse would not cover them under warrenty. It seems to be one should get alot more mileage out of them. So what mileage do you get out of yours.

I have a brake modulator on my bike and Bushtec trailer. He says before I can pull a bunkhouse with brakes I have to disconnect it. So what and how would that be easily done? I guess the modulator signs too many false signals to the trailer brakes. But I do like have it connected.
