I was recently looking for a replacement electrical switch for a product purchased from Walmart. Several of the switches I found that met the specs had (an estimated) 1000s duty of duty cycles before failure.
Just for grins, I thought I'd look up the specs for the exact switch that came installed in the unit. Get this, the mfg's estimate of duty cycles for the exact switch was 67. 67! What kind of quality is that? Oh well, I guess it was Walmart. BTW, if I wanted to order the exact switch, it was $0.33 + $12.43 shipping (from China of course).
