Need a small scrap of ABS of appropriate thickness to rebuild the lower right bolt tab on my rear section of front fender. Hit a squirrel yesterday and the poor critter was pulled in and around the wheel. The shoulder bolt and metal threaded tab stayed in the right plactic chrome part, but the fender tab is broken off and missing. All I need is a small right angle scrap to glue into place and then drill and shape after it cures. CPVC might work, but does Lowes or such stock some inexpensive item of ABS that I could substiture?

Many body shops can do the repair with plastic weld. I had a lower cowel that was cracked and a small peice missing welded. Price was about 25% of a new piece.
