Anyone know a source for a GL1800 patch similar to this:

that would be suitable for attaching to a leather jacket sleeve?
You know, not to obnoxious, but clear enough to state "I've got the greatest ride on two wheels ..."

Thanks for any help.

Hi PelicanPilot,

You might drop a e-mail to Maritha at [email protected]

She makes shirts, hats and patches for our GWRRA CA-2k chapter in California and she might be able to help you out.

Patches

I just use the iron-on effect to keep the patch in position til I can run a stitch around the edge of the patch. That way I don't have to stick a pin in my finger trying to pin the patch on to hold it in position.

Thanks for the great replies --

I saw the HAL iron-ons. What's the background on them, black, or something lighter in color?

I'll also try the email to Matitha.

and finally ...

Jerry -- I retired from that other US naval force, you know, the "oldest contiguous US sea-going service", and "that small nucleus around which the Navy forms in time of war" .... that's right, the U.S. Coast Guard. :D
