Sent my kid to parts store to get 6 NGK BKR6E-11 plugs some back with BKR6E in a grey box. Sent back due to failure to follow directions and came back with BKR6E-11 also in a grey box marked v power and with solid top. Question is-what ever happened to the good old yellow and red boxes with the screw off top. I’d buy online but shipping is as much as the plugs.

I'm thinking NGK forgot to check in to see of it was all right to change their packaging.

Sounds like they are the same packaging as the BKR6E-11's in my inventory.

I prefer solid top and "V" power is OK too. Check the gaps.

I always remember the tops not being solid mostly so I was wondering combined with the box if I was missing something, thanks for chiming in.
