For what I pay for my resistor spark plugs, I think $1.95 and the ease in which they can be replaced, I'll stick with them and save the $20.00 times 6 = $120.00 for fuel. It's your money but $11.70 versus $120.00, you be the judge.

I would rather take the $100 difference and put it in a spark plug fund.

If you put in the uber plugs and they last forever, then you will still be pulling them periodically for inspection. I would rather pull them and replace them.

I paid $1.09 for Bosch plugs that ran for more than 40,000 miles before I started having fuel mileage troubles. I cannot believe that any spark plug could be worth $20. I am sure they would last longer but I have serious doubts about any improvement in performance or fuel consumption.

I stuck in the high dime Iriduim plugs about 6000 miles ago. Only thing I noticed was they are a lot more expensive. The bike still starts easy, runs good, fires under load, gets the same fuel mileage, and is every bit as dependable as the stock plugs. So, if you want to brag about how much your plugs cost, go Iriduim. Or, if you are more practical, use the stock plugs and get a couple of gallons of good Scotch.

Hey, my plugs are Iriduim and cost damn near $10 per hole. Wow.

I forgot to put in my last post that my fuel mileage increased at least 12 miles per gallon when I put in new $1.09 each Bosch Super plugs. :D

1st set at 32K, second set was at 65K, and only because I took them out to check them. Just as easy to put new ones in as it is to put the old ones back. Old habit - when I take my socks off at the end of the day, I put on clean ones the next day.
