I have a bunkhouse camping trailer. There is a tongue support and then four supports on the corners of the trailer. The support on the tongue is very hard to pull out and down. Sometimes it takes two people, particularly when the trailer is loaded. The other four supports are easy to use one handed. Does anyone have a remedy for freeing the support allowing it to be used much easier.

Have you tried spraying it with some penetration oil to lube it up some.

Yep, lubricant would be my first choice. It’s possible something is bent and binding though. Worst case just replace that jack stand.

I have a 1990 Bunkhouse but it does not have a tongue stand, just the four on the corners. I use the front two in any given situation then when I set up I use all four and attempt to get it square and even, easier said than done.
