hi all, mark in mesa here. we're riding up to show low on sunday morning and if anyone from the area would like to join us please do so. we'll be leaving from the lowes parking lot on higley and i-60 (nw corner) at 8:00 am. probably stop for b'fast in globe. the weather will be perfect so see ya!

*** just found out that exit is closed this weekend. meet at the stop-and-rob on the ne corner of i-60 and idaho road at 8:15 instead. that's the canyon lake exit, hwy 88. see ya

we'll stop to eat whenever and wherever you like. we're easy! probably be about 5-6 bikes going.

the ride went off well. Good weather. We checked on our land in Taylor AZ..... the dirt is still there. LOL

I watched a Ford F-150 rip by me (my GPS read 78) on the US 60 north of the Florence junction. DPS always hangs out there in the afternoons on the weekend..... My Escort RD beeped a bit...... 30 seconds later it went full scale. DPS pulled the guy over


My GPS did not indicate triple digits till near the house.

It show'd 125 ....... :shock:

Yep, excellent riding day and great scenery. Always a pleasure to put faces with names. Only depressing thing was all that burned forest up on the Rim. :(

For the other three guys......after I stopped at my buddy's place in Christopher Creek (buddy wasn't home) I stopped again for a bite to eat in Payson. You guys must have done the same as I got in front of you on the Beeline.

You guys shore ride fast!

I'm still surprised I saw only one DPS car the whole day. :D Rare for a weekend day.
