My autocom is still wired in. Surprising Autocom is still selling stuff again, and was looking at the wire 3A Bluetooth adapter to use with my Scala q3 bluetooth used on another bike. Just wondering if anyone ever use the wire 3A bluetooth adaper. My outlook is still using wired for dual riding, but could simply switch helmets and plug in the adapter to use the bluetooth. All acc. are hardwired, mp3 music, gps, radio. Radar might add someday.

New update !!!! Went back and discovered the scala volume is LOW, and the honda volume is louder at 28, but it is distorting music. The reason all the third note missing was audio overload. Lowered volume to 12 mark and all is low but clear. Even Cb is operating right, but likely because I had a power wire hanging on the bike side to battery, and retested it using a different power wire up front. So the lower post is a reminder of fools we can make of ourselves..... left it for others to laugh and reference. Have not test road yet, just reset the AGC on the Scala Q3 to high.

old Update; Purchased the "wire3a bluetooth adapter". It did connect easy with my Scala Q3 headset, but as a phone. Original 7 pin superproAVI connector does have a fatter or wider pin size, the wire3a 7 pin sizes are thinner and might be an issue. The music is horrible, with sounds like every third note is dropped out. Factory respond from England, is the music is not good. Cb radio sound came out over the speakers, reguardless of setting for speakers or headset, feedback with wires from trunk to front of bike now ? Using wired headset, everything works fine. Poor Bluetooth, or is it a connection issue with 7 pin connector ? Question, if a poor connection exist, would the bluetooth still stay connected ? Also the seperate positive wire for power, could be feedback issue with cb ? Not sure if I will persue this anymore, and may mail it back for refund ? I tried . Autocom has a newer "bluetooth adapter" for dual connection to phone and gps, but not what I was looking for, and never saw it in the autocom information. Seems the bluetooth technology is still slow for music ? Will be experimenting with another generic bluetooth transmitter to work with my scala Q3 for music. Hoping it might work for normal fm radio on other bike. Will also try the zumo 550 gps and music playing mp3s with scala Q3. Trying different avenues. With out setting up Scala Q3 on helmet yet, the built in fm radio is poor reception, very directional, if at all receiving.
