I have an SWR meter from the old CB days and the lead coming out has a screw end and the lead coming from the antenna (on cars) has the screw end. Is there a source to find a conversion connection to a slip on type like is on the Goldwing.
Thanks

Dog,
Since you were a CBer and have an SWR meter does that mean you can solder? If so go to Radio Shack and buy a radio antenna cable (w/Motorola connectors) and two PL-259 connectors. Cut the antenna cable in two and solder the PL-259s onto the two pieces and you have adapter cables for a fairly inexpensive price. (Not my idea; found it here on the forum)

Also, Radio Shack has adapters that screw onto the meter connectors.

Good Luck!

Found the previous post; look toward the bottom of the thread (post by ezmac)
