95% missed the DUI question, didn't know I would be subject to higher penlites for refusing to be tested.

Most states require a score of 80 or better to get a license.
You scored: 85
How you compare
The average score for MSN Money readers is 81
The average score for your state is 82
The average score for men is 83
The average score for women is 78
Average scores by age
15-24 = 75
25-34 = 80
35-54 = 82
55-64 = 82
65 and over = 80

I missed the yellow light, and I disagree with the correct answer.

#2) You are approaching an intersection with a traffic signal and the light changes from green to yellow. You should:

Your Answer: Consider it the same as a caution sign and continue through the intersection.

Right Answer: Stop before entering the intersection unless you are too close to stop safely.

Could you imagine how many rear end collisions there would be? I will admit I live in an area with the longest yellow lights in the Country. I can't prove that, but the last time I was in Illinois, I kept almost running red lights. I was like "damn, that just turned yellow!"

#10 is wrong for this state. You can refuse a breathalizer (spelling???)
but if you do, then you have to take a blood or urine test.
And penalty is no different. DUI is still DUI.
Then they'd have to physically force you, which I doubt they'd do if you didn't want them to do. They might give you just as stiff a penalty if you refuse. Really, all they need for a blood, urine, stool & seaman sample is to take your underwear.
