They just want to make sure You know Your stupid. They know Your stupid so now they know You also know Your stupid....:shrug: So you take a Safety class to learn it's stupid. So now you know it's stupid and you do it anyway. So now they know that you know your stupid so it's ok to be stupid in Texas as long as you can prove you are stupid. Show them the Insurance or the Class certification to prove what they already know..That you are stupid.....I just Love Texas what a great place to be stupid in..........

Would somebody please Ride without a Helmet...My Sister is on the waiting list for a Liver Transplant in Shreveport.....:-(

Oh Man ...If you are a heavy drinker they won't even Test you. And you were within the distance too.. They won't even test me cause I also have Liver problems....Thanks anyway...But maybe we could meet up and have a cold one together.. Do you go to ROT in Austin? We are always there for 6th street madness during the rally. I will buy you a Beer just for offering your Liver......

OK..Sorry..Come to Texas have a great time on some of the best roads, best food and best Rally's in the USA and don't worry about a Helmet it is ok as long as you have the insurance or the safety class certificate...
