Has anyone attempted to order the bam cleaner from this guy via his web site or phoning in an order? I placed and order and nothing. Contacted him two weeks later and was promised immediate shipment via Fed Ex, as the order was overlooked and not processed.
Two weeks later and still no order and I can't get through to him by company phone or cell phone.

Are you talking BOM...........never heard of BAM cleaner. If it's BOM, I bought some awhile back w/o issue.

I think that he might mean this one www.whambamusa.com . His metal polish does a great job of taking out scratches on the shelter and does no harm. Great products, and mine shipped immediately.

He was at Strugis in 2005. I have used his product and liked it much better than the BOM cleaner. The Bam Guy is the same as www.whambamusa.com I will try to get the cleaner from them. Thanks for the information.
